• Education is the fundamental tool for achieving social, economic & civil rights – something which all societies should strive to achieve. However, the painful truth is that our people are struggling with poverty. The most affected being the orphans and single mothers’ families with financial support. To them, education has become very expensive to afford.
• Because of poverty, we are facing; Limited provision of school facilities, equipment and materials such as poor nutrition & feeding programs, increase school drop out, poor learner retention, etcetera.
• At Joybirds Preparatory School, it is in our policy that 20% of the school MUST GO to sponsorship program. We provide partial and full scholarship to the needy children in our society.
• We therefore ask for your donations and partnership in growing our scholarship kitty so that we can help so many children. Your funds will; increase learners’ enrolment, learners’ retention, provision of meals at school, purchase of stationeries, school uniforms, desks and chairs among others.
